"So, your name is Frozen..." Tia said. He didn't looked hostile at all, but he look shy. "Where are you from?" She asked him. Luna didn't said anything, she just looked at him. Darky was not sure what was going on.
"The Crystal Empire, my lady," he said. It was a partial lie; Snowdrift was located somewhere within the borders of Cadence's kingdom, but the Windigo nation existed in utter secrecy.
"The crystal empire you say?" Tia said. Whoever he was, he was trying to hide it. She just knew it. The varuous times she went to there, she never saw a pony like him, or that looked a bit similar to him. "We feel that thou art hidding something from us." Luna said. "And our sister thinks the same." Tia didnt said anything.
"We sense a strong magic from thou." Luna said as the guards come closer to him. Tia just looked at frozen. He looked... scared. She knew what her sister was talking about, and felt the same, but she felt that there was something else to all this. Darky looked at what was going on, and didn't knew what to do, protect him just as his duty as a knight told him to or go against his wife and her sister.
"Maybe, but the magic thou have... it seems oddly familiar." Luna said as the guards got to Frozen sides, ready to arrest him. "That is e-" "That is enough!" Tia interrupted Darky, then the guards slowly walked back. "Sister?" Luna said a bit surprised.
"My lady?" Frozen said in surprise. He was certain he was to be arrested when the guards closed in. Why was she intervening on his behalf.
"I agree with you sister." Tia said. "But not because of that means we have to treat our guest like a criminal." She said calming Luna down. "If you say so sister." Luna replied, hugging her husband.
"You know what I am, what I really am, don't you?" Frozen asked as he looked up at Celestia. His voice was fearful, but he also hoped she understood he wasn't like his brethren.
"Yes, me and my sister know what are you." Tia said. "Yet, you hadn't done anything to harm us, so there is no need to treat you as a criminal." She explained. Luna and Darky just hugged each other as they spoke.
Celestia blushed a bit in embarrassment. "No, it is nothing." She then calmed down. "Anyways, I want to speak with you in my study." She then said.
Tia stood up and with out saying anything she left. "I will take you with her once she is ready." A guard said. "No, he can come now if he wants to." Tia then said.
Frozen nodded, "After you my lady," he said. He was feeling a bit relieved, though anxious ashe followee her. Why would she want to speak with him alone?
Celestia lead him to her study so they could speak calmly. Once inside she sat in a chair that was near a desk, and gestured Frozen to seat in another one that was there. Luna and Darky went back to their room to sleep for another while.
Frozen sat with his hooves in his lap staring at her quietly studying her. He never imagined he would get this close to her. He admitted, she was incredibly beautiful.
Celestia looked at him closely, he was even cuter that she thought a windigo would be. "So tell me, why did you decided to come to Canterlot?" She asked him. If a windigo was here, he had a purpose, not just being there like nothing, right?
"Well..I suppose if we are to be completely honest with one another," he said, "yes, I am a windigo. No, I don't wish any harm to your people. I was banished from my home centuries ago. I have wandered this world alone for a very long time. I hoped, maybe, your royal library would hold the answer to questions I have carried with me all this time."
