"You... were banished?" Celestia said, surprised by that. She never expected that he would be an exile. Well, he was not the first one she had... "You wish to see the royal library to 'answer sone questions'?" She then said. "If you want I can lead you there so you can look for what you want to get."
"I suppose that you are probably wondering about my name," he said, "that's part of the reason I was banished. I was a windigo born with the heart of a pony, through some strange fluke in the system. I rejected my father's throne and my responsibilities as Prince because I did not wish to follow their way of life."
"You... were a prince?" She said. Now the exiled used to be a prince... where did she heard that before? Oh yeah, Luna's husband. "It is quite a horrible reason to banish somepony." Tia said. "Eveypony is different and they can do whatever they want, but I don't know if the windigos share that idea." Tia said a bit worried about him.
"I was..," he said, "and no, sadly, they do not. Most Windigos relish in feeding off of the negative emotions of mortal ponies. I see it as a curse. I serve no purpose but to further my own existence."
"I see..." tia said. Thia windigo was different to the ones she knew. He wasnt like them.... as was too cute to just let him go.
"I was hoping, perhaps, that there might be a book within your library that could help me cure myself. I've grown weary, and the constant hunger pangs is beginning to drive me mad. I've been depriving myself of food."
Tia feared that. "Yes, I can help you with that." She said. Sje didnt eanted a windigo free like that, crazy because of his hunger.
Frozen winced as another shot of pain worked its way through his stomach. "Thank you.." he said softly.
Frozen followed the princess into a massive room filled with books. Since magic and flight allowed them access to great heights, the bookshelves were lined up to the very ceiling. "I..I don't even know where to begin," he confessed.
She smile and het horn glowed, then a grouo of books came down to them. "This are the books that has all what we know of you." She said.
"Thank you," he said, "Really, you are too kind. I must ask your forgiveness, I know that I am likely keeping you from your royal duties."
"Don't worry, I already finished them, today was a slowy day." She replied with a gentle smile as she lead him to a small reading are with a table with some chairs and a pair of couches.
"At least until an ancient evil creature, you thought to be extinct, showed up in your courtroom," he said jokingly.
Frozen sat next to her, blushing a bit. He stuck his nose into one of the books, trying to keep his mind off of the beautiful mare beside him.
Celestia looked at him and noticed his blush. She giggled even more and grabbed a book so she could read as he did what he wanted to do.
He blushed a bit deeper, when she giggled, and buried his nose deeper into his book. Was she actually flirting with him? Book after book, minute after minute, Frozen poured over nigh every tome she had on the subject. Most of it was merely myth and conjecture, and Frozen sighed sadly in expected disappointment.
Celestia was still with him, but she was now sleeping, snoozing a bit as she did that and hada. Book on her face. It looked both cute and funny, the good thing is thats he remembered to bring down the sun, since it was night already.
Despite how sad he felt, he had to admit that she looked adorable sitting like that. Still, it didnt seem awfully comfortable so he touched her shoulder with his hoof. "My lady," he said, "You look exhausted. You should take to your chambers, I can see myself out. You have been a great help to me, but sadly i did not find the answers I seek. I doubt, truth be told, that there are answers to be found."
