Hasn't this been known for like a year? The FBI is turning off their dummy servers after screaming about this for ages now. Pretty much if you haven't done anything about this by their cut off date, it's your own fault at this point. They never had to do what they did to begin with by running legit DNS servers for those infected by the virus. I bet they tracked the crap out of those people though...
