what no posts in the whole board???? so yeah watchmen is probably the most badass story of all time. it's the best kind of artsy; the kind where your pants explode and then after youre done reading it you think back and reflect on it and they explode again. thats how good watchmen is.
I read Watchmen, it was great. It had violence, sex, political issues, moral issues, etc. It had everything a good comic needs. It was also written by the guy who did V for Vendetta. Another great comic.
I would have to say Watchmen had a rather original story and had a good art style, and did pick up a rather large and loyal fan base. Shame the movie couldn't live up to its name. :S
Never really read the comic. I'll read it if I get my hands on it, I have too many Deadpool comics anyway laying on my counter, need to fill it with other comics. So, you say great story? That's something I definitely need to check out then.
