"Nothing is wrong.." she said quietly, she looked around the room nervously and continued when the coast was clear, "everything is fine.."
"i am perfectly fine! Why don't you ask your brother? I've heard the things he said about me and how my parents treat me.." she snapped. "Now take him and the pesky new girl and get out before my parents come home!" she gave him a quick kiss and pushed him out with a click a second later. "Well?" Mae asked.
"You were right. RAVEN. YOU'RE COMING HOME WITH ME." Bolt yelled. "I won't let you suffer! So get your flank out here and run away with me!" He said. "Raven? I'll let you have my lunch money for the rest of the year if you go with Bolt. I'll let you shove my head into my locker and shut it. I'll do anything. Please, just come with us." Steel begged
Silience fell upon the house.. they could hear hooves going up the steps then silience, then the hooves coming back down. The door opened and Raven stood with a night bag and a huge bag of bits. She glared at Mae and walked past already walking down the sidewalk to the brother's house. "Hurry up!!" she yelled.
Bolt grabbed her and ran to the house. He opened the door and carried Raven into his room and shut the door. "Well...that was prompt." Steel said, closing the front door behind him. "My room is on the second story. The pool is out back. This is where the studies and living room are as well as the kitchen. The third story is an art studio and an observatory. My forge is in the basement. Make yourself at home." He told Mae.
"C-can i get a map? or um a button for when i get lost?" she said looking around the interior. "This place is huge.."
"You'll be with me. I don't want to rush you into my room, that's quite impolite, but I wouldn't mind sitting down with you." Steel said. "Raven...I told you I still loved you. Do you still love me?" Bolt asked, holding Raven at hooves length.
Mae smiled and laced her through his and rested her head against his shoulder, "I'm fine as long as i stay with you" she whispered happily. "Yes Bolt i love you more then anything but you have to stop asking why I've changed!" tears streaked her cheeks as she looked into his eyes.
"You haven't changed...you're all better now...you're my sweet little marefriend now...and if your friends give you trouble...I'll be there to shut them up. Enough talk...I missed the hell out of you, Raven! So come here!" He exclaimed, setting her on his bed and crawling atop her, kissing her. "So...is that an okay on the room thing? That would be fun if you were okay with it..." Steel asked, a bit confused
Raven giggled, "I miss you too.." and kissed him again. "Uh.. i-its ok." Mae said nervously blushing a bit.
"Looks like I get to show Steel why your dad hates me..." Bolt said in a not so happy tone. "Oh. Okay...well then...follow me." Steel said nervously.
"Why do you say that?" Raven asked giving a rather confused look. Mae did so but grew a deeper red the closer they got. She held onto his hoof nervously but slowly made herself relax
"Not important...what made you run off crying today? And am I helping you feel any better?" Bolt asked. "I'm not tossing you onto the bed...when you want me to kiss you, you lay down. No rush...I never kissed a mare before you." Steel said when Mae entered his room
"It just.. i dont know.. i just seemed to crack today.. so much pressure at home." Raven whimpered Mae sat on the edge of the bed nervously but she smiled anyways. She pulled Steel over to her and kissed him while wrapping her arms around him and hugging him close.
"That's what I wanted to help you with...I just need to know who at home is making you feel this way...who's ruining my one and only...and then maybe I can help fix it. Or you could stay here with me forever." Bolt offered, nuzzling Raven. Steel kissed Mae for a long time, hugging her tightly. He pulled away and nuzzled her. "How was that?" He asked
"M-my father.. h-hes angry and violent recently.. there's no fixing a stallion like him.. mom already ran out and im only staying because of school." Raven said quietly for only Bolt to hear. "i loved it." she giggled and smiled as she nuzzled him.
"You'll be staying here. My family carries too much power in this town for your dad to take you away from me and abuse you. But let's get back to the good stuff, sweetheart." Bolt said, hugging Raven tight. "It's all gonna be okay." He said as he kissed her cheek "I still can't believe you had a crush on me." Steel said, kissing Mae again. "It's so surreal to have a mare love me like this. Most other mares ignore me completely." He explained (Is your phone dead?)
(probably..) "Thank you Bolt, you always help me when i need it." Raven wiped a few tears away, glad to finally have someplace she doesn't have to hide in fear. "I guess you sticking up for me against Raven played a bog part" Mae giggled "you protected me and went out of your way to do so."
"Just to show you how much I love having you in my life...and my room...and my hooves. I'll be here for you when you don't need me too. But you won't know." Bolt said, trying to lighten the mood "Well, I feel good. I helped three ponies in one day: You, Raven, and Jacka-i mean Bolt. And you were my reward." Steel said to Mae.
