Calla sniffed the air finding a trace of magic, she growled and looked at Bane again. "Let him go…" she said to Rio and Siro. They did so and Calla turned to leave and left the confused Band behind.
Calla dropped off her pack St the den then went on her own to the river. She took a couple of drinks then gazed down the river towards the roaring waterfall that was dead ahead. She passed the falling waters and disappeared behind into a hidden cave.
Calla laid down on a patch of moss and took a desolate breathe. Her mind buzzing of thought and the roaring water seemed to calm them down. She rested her head on her paws and closed her eyes, she counted the water droplets as they made a small echo throughout the small cave.
Calla snapped her eyes open but didn't do anything. "Thanks" she calmly spoke. She closed her eyes and continued to count the droplets again.
Calla kept her eyes close, "Was that you who froze Bane?" Calla opened an eye and waited for the answer.
"Your such a horrible lier, I can literally smell the lie you just told." Calla lifted her head and looked with both eyes now.
