    Get just your desktop up and there is a key on the keyboard that says print screen hit that key then open up paint or gimp or something and paste that image. Then save it and go to photobucket.com and make an account if you don't have one, or go to imageshack and upload it there. After you up load it right click the image and copy image URL. The come here hit reply and put {img} paste the URL you copied then {/img}


    Instead of { } use [ ]
