    I've always been brought up with it on the bottom anyway, since its the default.
    I keep my tools on the left and the games/messengers and stuff on the right.

    I've had the taskbar on the bottom ever since... Windows 95 lol. Anywhere else and it's really awkward, and it makes my browser size strange and annoying.
