Well winter Wrapup is my least favorite because it got stuck in my head, which would be fine if I liked it. The one that I don't know the name of on EPR that blurts out "Barbra Strisand" at random is pretty cool. I really have to give the shout out to the Intro song for Battle is Magic though. I've sat there on the title screen listening to it play over and over because I like it. There are better songs on EPR though, it is just unfortunate that I don't know the names or artists of any of them. It would be nice if it showed the title and artist of them all the time when they play.

that's very tough one.. from canon, somewhere between Smile Smile Smile and Pony Everypony should know. Fanon, I think that Luna and Twilight's song in 6th episode of Friendship is Witchcraft was awesome. Can't wait for extended version.
