Interesting. However they did call her Derpy in one of the episodes so the name is canon. And the problem isn't that she doesn't have a canon personality. The problem is that you act like your writings are canon.
No, she doesn't have a name. They re-voiced the scene to delete her name, remember? My writings may not be canon, but "Derpy Hooves" herself isn't canon. In canon, she's just a nameless background Pony. So, my opinion is that this is the last community that should have a "canon only" rule. Fanon is what made "My Little pony" the success that it is. If it wasn't for fanon, we wouldn't even have this message board.
