Here's my order 1. Rainbow Dash 2. Pinkie Pie and Rarity (it's a tie I can't decide who I like more) 3. Fluttershy 4. Twilight Sparkle 5. Applejack
Except for that fact that on my list Pinkie Pie is tied with Rarity for second place are list are almost identical.

WHY MUST I CHOOSE!? I find myself enjoying Fluttershy and Rarity moments the most, I think. The comedy from them tend to get me right where it tickles. I love Rarity's dramatic outbursts and Fluttershy's incredible "um, assertiveness". Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle do, however, hit a soft spot with me as well, sometimes in ways that makes me relate to them more than I'd expect. Pinkie and AJ are, sadly, on the bottom of my list, though when done right, can be really fun. I personally thought "A Friend In Deed" was a teeny bit annoying. Because sometimes, ugh, I feel so very SHUT UP PINKIE. What I think I appreciate the most is watching the characters interact with each other, which makes it hard for me to choose a single favourite. But if I had to, then definately Fluttershy, yay
Hmm... I'll make this short and sweet. all ponies are my favourite, but Applejack is more favourity-er than the rest. -last brain cell implodes-
I wonder what's the reason most people like Rainbow Dash? Is it because of her tomboy attitude, her looks, her voice? As for me I like when she acts more girly, but I guess it's her confidence that I like most about her.
My vote is for Twilight, because knowledge is POWER! I did have a hard time choosing between her and Pinkie Pie at first though.
I personally prefer Rainbow Dash and Applejack, probably because they are the most misterious ponies of the 6 mane, (As we almost know everything about Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie and Rarity, such as parents, brothers, sisters, but as I remember we never saw any Rainbow Dash's parents, almost the same with Applejack (Almost))
