Obviously I love the stuffing out of Derpy, but Pinkie Pie comes a close second. Normally, bouncy motor-mouthed characters annoy me, but there's just something about Pinkie that practically forces me to like her.
Mine's a tie between Fluttershy and Applejack... However, I suppose I relate more to Fluttershy. I took a personality quiz and got her. So I voted for Fluttershy

Out of the Mane 6, the top 3 in order is Rainbow Dash, Applejack, and Rarity. I have a thing for 'tougher' characters so RD and AJ gets bonus points in my book, adding the fact I kinda act like a mix of both. Rarity imo is the funniest out of all of them, so she gets a top 3 spot as well.
It's Pinkie Pie for she almost single-handedly brought me to MLP and we have many things in common too: when I'm in company of pals, I just can't shut up and laugh, always looking for something funny in words and stuff, and can't be serious enough at times, rarely get understood right, well the only one BIG difference - I don't like parties.
I took the same test and although I love Twilight Sparkle <3 Im more so related to Applejack. At least according to that test. So My vote is for AJ.
Discord is best pony. If only because of my oh-so-high opinion of the ponies who are ACTUALLY ponies.
I really would have to say fluttershy is my favorite character because I can relate to her a lot and then applejack because I mean how can you not love applejack? I like apple bloom too and Luna would be my favorite other character.
For some reason I can never shake Rainbow Dash for being my favorite character. It just goes back to when I first started watching MLP, though I probably wouldn't have kept watching those videos if it wasn't for Fluttershy.
Just reading the title I knew it would be mainly between rainbow-dash my fav and fluttershy my second fav.
