I've come to love another character as much as the 2 previously mentioned. Applejack 1.) Why do you think him/her is the best? As stated, I don't believe there is a best other than the almighty Queen Celestia. I do however place her as my favourite character judging purely from what I see in the show (I will concede that most of my affnity for Rarity is how artistically utilisable she is, and Celestia is subject to many interesting headcanons). I can appreciate Applejack without altering her character in anyway. 2.) What are the features in his/her personality that you like? She's just so likeable. She's lax and easy going, and seems so easy to get along with. She's down to earth, hard working, and generally positive, and while she may not exceed in certain areas (such as literacy or mathematics), she does have an underlying common sense about her. Applejack just really seems to fit the description kind of person could befriend, rather than the likes or Rainbow Dash who would just really grate me (and to some extent Rarity). When in a tight spot, you really see her positive qualities come through. She remains calm, thinks rationally about the situation, then encourages everyone to work hard towards whatever it is that will benefit everyone, and all in a selfless manner. Another thing is how she isn't girly in the slightest. That's such an appealing trait to me, mainly because typical 'hair and make up' girls bore and somewhat irritate me (I know, I said Rarity was my favourite, that still stands). Other than that, she just looks easy going, and she does pull the best faces in the whole show. Sorry, Pinkie. 3.) Is there anything in his/her personality you don't like? Stubbornness is not something I like. It can be frustrating and generally brings a person down. Sometimes a competitive streak also shines through. Now, I'm not saying this is in any way a bad thing, only that it's not an attribute I'm particularly fond of. 4.) Which episode made you like him/her, or have you liked him/her since the beginning of the show? It happened over the course of several episodes. Basically every episode she's been in has built towards a structured mental response to her character. 5.) Are there any episodes that made you dislike him/her? While 'Applebuck Season' did flaunt her hard working nature, her stubbornness was just unbearable. It was really irritating and annoying, but it was a relief to see her come to her senses at the end. I guess that's the point of every episode; encounter problem, learn lesson.
