Why the Twilight/Tirek fight, and not, say, Naruto and Bleach?

It's the same thing as the elements of harmony except that this has a fancy name and looks different, that's why i hate it. I understand that it represents their friendship (and rainbows for some reason) but the elements of harmony did the same thing which makes the rainbow power feel old and boring while the fight between twilight and tirek was something i never would expect to be in a cartoon for little girls.

So what? Shadow the Hedgehog, Sonic '06, and Sonic Unleashed were something I never expected in the Sonic franchise, and look how they turned out. Shadow was all about gun violence and murdering Sonic and other innocent people. Sonic '06 was about its convoluted human-on-hedgehog romance and equally convoluted backstory behind the human princess. And, Sonic Unleashed was about the werehog and that magical fairy named Chip. And, what all three of those games had in common was the need to deliberately toss aside Sonic's signature speed and platforming for something else entirely, something stupid.

And that's what happens when you change franchises as beloved as Sonic the Hedgehog and My Little Pony. When you toss aside everything that made a series good in the first place just to make it "darker" and "edgier", you destroy that franchise and cause it to jump the shark. It's what happened to Sonic the Hedgehog on numerous occasions, and it's almost the same downfall as the Twilight/Tirek fight.

There's a huge difference between one fight scene and about a hedgehog who kills innocent people.

You're constantly saying it's just one fight scene and didn't get in the way of the show's core friendship motif, but you're liking it to death to the point that you've just abandoned all notion of the very friendship theme that made you a brony in the first place. It's reinforced further by your utter hatred for the Rainbow Power and Rainbow Castle.

In other words, you're not okay with Sonic jumping the shark on a regular basis, but you're okay with MLP jumping the shark.

Don't tell me what i like or hate, i have never said that i hate the rainbow castle( i said that other people did) and i don't like the fight scene to the death.

what you don't understand is that a show can have awesome fight scenes and still focus on friendship (i know i have said this before but you don't get it)

The fight scene didn't have anything to do with friendship at all. It just demonstrated how much of a heavy power imbalance there is between Twilight and her friends, and the way she could just murder them to reach Tirek because of how useless and disposable they are. The Rainbow Power and Rainbow Castle were supposed to imply otherwise, but everyone hates both of them and as a result devalued their symbolic meaning.

That means the bronies have jumped the shark, if not the show. They've given up on all the things that made them bronies in the first place, just to see My Little Pony become Dragon Ball Z.

As for the whole "have fights and friendship at once" thing, Naruto and Bleach never emphasized friendship because they deliberately sideline their respective protagonists' friends and reduce them to extras, just to make said protagonists (and Sasuke) stupidly overpowered. One Piece, on the other hand, did a better job at emphasizing friendship, because every member of the Straw Hat Pirates are almost always given something to do that relies on their weapons and powers, no matter how strong or weak they are.

Hell, even multiplayer shooters do a better job at emphasizing teamwork than DBZ, Naruto, Bleach, and so far, My Little Pony! When I played through Mass Effect 3's online multiplayer, I couldn't score a single kill, but what I could do instead was revive players and complete objective-based waves. That means that, if I were to get an Xbox One and a copy of Titanfall, I would've spent more time in the objective-based matches than the death-matches, where I help the team capture and hold objectives without much of a need to score kills except out of self-defense.

Guys, take a break for a sec. You just seem to be going in circles so I'm cutting this short.
