    Yeah, I see what your saying. Shipping and clopfics are different, one I like the other I'm not a fan of. If you read a clopfic and thought it was shipping. Is that why you don't like it?

    I like shipping Apple/Dash. FTW. But I know it's in it's own separate universe, one that is a spin off the original MLP universe.

    Just look up the Mulitverse in DC comics. That's how I look at it.

    To me, clopfics and shipping are the exact same thing... just one thing taking another to an extremely different level. There is no "Tolerable grey area". It's only a matter of time...
    Hence why I will never read a shipping Fic.

    Not to burst anyone's bubble, but have you considered that ponies might find humans - gross? I mean, look at the grief Lyra gets, and she's just sitting funny. That would be most unfortunate indeed.

    Any ways, I'd be happy being friends with them. Just hanging out, joining in their little pony games . . . and it's not just me being married already, I just think anything more intimate would be - squicky.

    And those sea ponies rule! Of course, I can swim . . . but they could probably swim better than me.
