The giant was back at the Main Tent, carrying around large barrels, heavily filled with an unknown substance under the stage. They were for his main act for tonight. The rain was getting harder, but he knew the audience would be crowded tonight, mainly because, as much as the freaks were despised out in the world, they were as much so beloved when preforming their acts. The sky grew darker from a mixture of an unseen sun setting behind dense, cast-iron coloured clouds...
Mary slid back, Keeping her balance on the wet, muddy ground. As much as she wanted to retaliate, she knew she couldn't much. Letting a defeated "Fine.", she plodding off to the main tent as the weather slowly deteriorated.
Omega watched her walk into the tent as he felt the rain pound on his hood and shoulders. He walked into the tent (The one where that show will begin).
The giant did not look, and simply kept heaving large barrels underneath the stage, yet he waved one of his large, bony-yet-muscular hands as Mary came in. He almost had all the necessary barrels under the stage now, and he was waiting for the Ringmaster to come in. The last barrel under the stage, and the huge man lit a single, long match, illuminating the lens he held it in front of. He took it and lit a few lamps, and using his great height, hung them from the top of the tent on strings. He sat down after completing his work on the stage, the only things besides the ground he could sit on without it collapsing under his ridiculous weight...
After being unable to find the ringmaster, Jonesy let Rickard take over, and he walked around the grounds for a bit. His leg dropped heavily into an especially wet patch, and he pulled his leg back out, mildly upset by the development. Deciding to leave the rain because of his now ruined pants. He trudged into the main tent and, ignoring the sights he was used to, found his way to the edge of the tent closest to the left side of the stage, and stood there silently.
Dark shivers a little from the rain, not wanting to be outside... And especially get wet. He curls up into a ball, shivering from the cold.
-Verkoffen knew the show was about to begin, so he knew he had to stow away his research data, and go to meet the Ringmaster backstage.- (Verkoffen) Okay, everysing is locked avay, so Herr Tophat von't be able to find it. *puts trenchcoat on* *exits room and heads to the stage*
After watching the giant man finish up preparing, Mary strolled over and toke a seat next him. As giant as the Boogeyman was, she always had this hope that he was more a big teddy bear on the inside than anything. "So, tell me Boogey, how do you live everyday under that mask?"
Dark eventually falls asleep, occasionally shivering from the cold. He knew that he usually had a part in the big performance... Sometimes just there so he'd be quiet, or occasionally to show off his agility.
The giant did not answer Mary, but he did look at her. No one could see under those lens, covered in dirt and grime, soot and cracks, years of wear. He simply looked back into the nothingness. Suddenly, the massive man got up, and headed towards his old friend, the Ringmaster...
