She gave him a small smile, taking his hand and kissing the back of it gently. "I just watched the boy I have a huge crush on getting beat up by an eight-foot-tall orc. I might be a little reserved." This rang true, and she was watching him with affection and softness, but there was something there that she was keeping to herself.
She laughed, the sound gentle in the cavern. "You? Sorry, Z; you're good at fighting and all, but I am a troll slayer," she teased, pulling him towards the entrance. "I don't think you would be able to hurt me."
"We can start towards Maragar," he said, putting the large back of loot into his bag. "We should get some more supplies, though."
"There's nothing wrong, Zerras," she said gently, looking up at him. "We should go buy supplies and get out of town; I don't think that fighting ring was legal..."
She raised one eyebrow. "I'm allowed to have my own thoughts, Zerras," she replied primly, tilting her head affectionately.
She sighed a little, her shoulders slumping as he turned away. She let him lead, folding her arms gently. "Are you cross with me?"
He shook his head slightly as he led her out into the sunlight again. "No, I'm just.. confused. It's fine."
There was a pause before she spoke again, her tone shifting to become languid and warm. "Will you teach me how to cuddle tonight?"
He pursed his lips, looking down at her in mild surprise. "Yeah. I completely forgot when you came back today."
