Her gaze flickered over to him and she gave him a small smile. "Yeah. Just... you know..." She gestured to her head, where her ear flickered as she brushed it. "I can't get it out of my head."
“It’s not your fault,” she replied easily. “Don’t worry. Get some sleep, okay? I’ll try too.” She laid down in her spot, pulling her cloak around her and using it as her blanket.
She pulled the thin fabric tightly around herself, gazing into the fire, her face solemn as she watched the flames.
