Listing all my favorites from DCfC would take a while and likely result in a very long list. Though "Tiny Vessels" has probably remained my absolute favorite song from DCfC ever since I first heard them. It's such an emotional song for me, especially the lyric " [...] she is beautiful, but she don't mean a thing to me." Just out of curiosity, have you heard of the band known as The Postal Service? Ben Gibbard was lead vocals for the group so the sound is somewhat similar to DCfC. Only one album was ever produced from the band, but it's worth checking out if you've never heard it before.
I can understand why you like that song; I like "Passenger Seat" for the same reason. Yes, I have heard of The Postal Service! I've been into them for a while now as well; I like "We Will Become Silhouettes."
One day when I was doodling in study hall in the 12th grade, I made some crosses between different characters from the show, MLP:FiM. One of them was a half-Rainbow Dash, half-Pinkie Pie mashup, and when I gave all of them names, I named that one Dilly Star. I came up with the name based on a couple of different thoughts. First, I love the stars. They're just one of my favorite things ever, for so many reasons. Second, my brother's favorite ice cream treat was dilly bars, and I thought it was a funny mashup. Ultimately, I picked this for my username because I thought it was silly but it also had a piece of me in it. The "D" from "Dilly" is also the same letter that starts the first name which my parents gave to me at birth ("David", if you wanted to know). So, I picked this name for a lot of different reasons. I've had a few different usernames on websites, but I've been on this site for a while now and I figure this is one of my main online usernames by now.
