leaving and stuff

First blog post, and not a lighthearted one unfortunately. But it is what it is.

I'm leaving. Not really from this site specifically, but kinda from the internet in general. I've been screwing around on the internet a lot lately so I'm basically going to unplug and go do some real world stuff for awhile.

I haven't drawn anything in many months, and even though I'm never happy with what I draw, and I even dislike drawing in itself sometimes, I still feel a sort of tugging or calling to go back to it. Somehow even as much as I put off doing it, it just kinda seems like that's what I should be doing.

I also feel the need to do hobbies, projects and other various real life stuff that I've been missing out on since I'm basically addicted to this stupid light box. So as a consequence of spending so much time on the computer I feel dead inside, like the world is passing me by blah blah blah....so I'll be gone for awhile.

Why didn't I post this in farewells? Partly because I'm not really leaving for good, I'll probably pop in a couple times after S3 airs to get in on the new season discussion; and partly because I've mostly been inactive on this site for awhile now anyway, so there's no need to make a big deal out of it.
