New Language?! No problem!

Hi everypony! So, I know, as you read the name of this blog I'm writing here, I've got a crazy idea. TO CREATE MY OWN LANGUAGE.
Actually, no I'm not crazy, nor bored, I just want to mess around with all the languages and spread them into one. EVERYPONY IS WELCOME. Every idea is welcome too.
If you'd like to create it with me, PM me for my skype name, or PM me directly yours. Actually I need bright ideas. The language is gonna be called something like "Cutish".
Actually, I've been listening to cute Fluttershy's mixed sentences in some songs, so I was wondering, if I could make something out of that. I've just finished some random "to be" part and basic things.
Seriously, starting from a whole scratch!
