Was I wrong?

I am having to take leave of Facebook for a while, my reasons? Because of an argument I was having with some people on there. What was the argument about? Well, after I unfriended someone because she and I disagreed on my thoughts on how people like Onision, The Janoskians, RWJ etc should never be allowed on the internet and how their humor isn't humor at all and how they are all immature idiots, I posted a status on there saying if i see anyone posting that sort of thing i will unfriend them.. Well, i was practically insulted by people who I thought were my friends... I guess i was wrong... I didn't know what to do, so i am taking a break from FB..am i wrong in both cases?
