Blogging Inside the Chimney

That's right, I've gotten a new recording program which, though it has an irritating watermark on the video, is actually working unlike my old one is now. This means that I've finally been able to record something and upload it to youtube.

Seriously, this has me stumped. You remember that WoW recording i said i was going to post up today, the one that me and my friend did. Well something, I don't know what, wen't wrong with the recording. Here's the gist of it: While we we're playing, the game experienced periods of lag due to certain monster heavy areas *Cough* 30 Freakin worgens on the rooftop *Cough*. However, the lag didn't appear for some reason on the video, meaning that the entire visual side of things ran smoothly, that's good right?

Well it is, and it isn't, because even though the visual's run smoothly, this means that all the parts of the video where lag occured we're automatically cut out due to this, which meant that the audio runs longer than the video, and is already 10 seconds fast by the 1 minute point in the recording. Hence this recording will not be being up on the youtube, sorry folks.

With my youtube, and absolutely nothing else. So that friend i was talking about in the last blog post came over today, and we ended up spending the entire day doing absolutely nothing other than getting a WoW Cata Let's Play Recording done. So to make things brief, yes i have finally got something to post up in the youtube updates section of this, no I have not made progress on my fanfics, or my assignment.

Finally we will have something to put up on the youtube channel, but it wont be up till tomorrow. Until then, let all good games be good ones (It's not stealing GG's outphrase if I stuff it up).

So I ended up wasting the entire day playing Monster Hunter Tri and watching Hitman Reborn. Funny thing is, there was a particular quest in Monster Hunter Tri i was having trouble with, where you have to capture a Lagiacrus (I think that's how it's spelt). The Lagiacrus is an annoying as heck aquatic monster that collects lightning in it's body and can release that as an attack against you.

So I finally got the hang of it and was taking him down, when a friend calls me, and i forget that i can pause the Wii...so i try to get myself to a safe place...and take 15 minutes before i realise that I can just pause the game. Long story short, the call held me up for nearly an hour, they were talking about their Shyvana build on League of Legends, and when i got back my mom's watching Masterchef, and once she starts watching that I know she's gonna be watching it till 11:30. Which tends to be the time they head off to bed and if I go on the wii they'll turn it off.

We have another TV that they could watch Masterchef and all the other programs on, one that isn't connected to the Wii, so I'm a bit unsure as to why they don't use that one, because they can't come up with any good reasons (And i don't want to be rude and pester them). But i knew they would be watching that, so I'm doing my assignment now (well obviously not now now, cause I'm writing this now) but I wonder how I'm going to get around to finishing off that Lagiacrus...stay tuned for the un-thrilling conclusion to this assigment saga.

UPDATED: Turns out I wasn't able to take down the Lagiacrus, as soon as i placed my shock trap down the Lagiacrus suddenly decided he wanted to leave the area, and never came back, causing me to lose out to the time limit.

So I was thinking that holidays would be fun, and that's what you would be thinking that they should be since they should be fun. They're called holidays after all, though I'm not exactly sure what holi is supposed to me, though it makes me think of mistletoe for some reason. Anyway, So im thinking it would be a good time to relax, maybe work on some of my fanfics when i feel like it, and all around have fun.

School Disagrees.

So It's currently holidays, and due to work experience (or exprience as one of the offical pages says), school technically finished one and a half weeks ago. So you'd think I'd be in the clear when it comes to work, right?

Wrong! This morning when i woke up to check my emails, I found that I'd gotten emailed an maths assignment, so now i'm going to be having to do that which is going to be sooooo boring since i've been looking forward to these holidays for so long but now I'm sad cause I've got to do more work. Sure it's worse off in terms of free time for people who actually have jobs, but they can at least get paid for their work...no matter how crappy the payment is.

So Everypony has a blog thingy now. This is nice, it's certainly white in here, but i guess that's why i need to write stuff in here, so that we get the black words on the white box. Soooo, I've been away for quite some time, no idea how new this blog feature is but for the sakes of me having wild guesses, imma say it's new. Anyway, So i'm gonna be posting up my crazy thoughts and stuffs that I've been doing here, after all, isn't that what a blogs for?
