I have realized that a huge majority of the brony community is depressed, one way or another.
And I have something to tell you.
You are fantastic.
You've stuck with this thing, this thing that people believe to be uncool, stupid, juvenile. This proves that you are far from typical. You are extraordinary.
And more so, you love a show that preaches friendship, kindness, and goodness. This says you wish to be kind.
Beside from that, from what I know of you people, no one on this site do I hate. It is easy to make me hate someone. Often, in school, I will look around, and feel like I am surrounded by idiots. But not here. Here, I am surrounded by original, decent human beings.

Perchance you've noticed I haven't been on. The reason? I've been in trouble.
You see, with a mixture of my stubbornness and desire to be on the computer, I've spent too much time on it, and as a result, had to be taken off for some time.
Just to let you know.

I am crying as I write this.
I've seen the movie, and I'm still upset.

Have you ever been in the middle of a really intense conversation, and suddenly had somepony break in with something along the lines of...

"lolz i tots agreed i is felling so smart in here! #yolo #swag."

Perhaps that is an exaggeration. But you get my drift. And, as I have mentioned before, nothing quite kills a RP like a good ol' fight scene, and somepony saying this.

"~~~ walked away frum da tank as it went boom and was lookin real cool all the mares bowed before him."

I mean, really? Please, if you are going to add your input to something, have people take you seriously. You may have really good ideas, but nobody cares, because they can't read what you have written. It makes it seem like you are uneducated, or perhaps don't have a comma, period, shift key, etc on your computer.

I was watching "A True, True Friend," last night, and let me just say...
Actually.. I was crying. I really hate to see certain ponies about to cry.
I also have a similar reaction with the Smile Song, because it's rare to meet anyone who tries to make people happy, purely for that purpose.
So, have you ever felt this way about anything pony, song, or otherwise?

So, my Birthday is coming up, and I requested that we (my non brony family and I) watch MLP. The problem is, I want to recruit them into bronies, and I can't figure out which episodes will best promote this.
