Junpei's Krazy Kids Korner!

Yeah, we all know where this is headed. Hell. We've been there. We've done that. Do we really need more of this?


That answer is yes. Except this time, we're not saying names. This is the staff in general.



For one thing, most of the higher-up staff is extremely distant from the community. They do things from behind the scenes and have little to no involvement in the community itself. These staff members know who they are.

Staff members are constantly alienating the users by not being open and in general not being welcoming towards the newer users in general. I have seen this firsthand. And I am guilty of this, myself.


There are a variety of things wrong with the staff. Inactivity. Laziness. Anger Management Issues. (You know who you are.) Staff Members who are prone to grudges. (You know who you are as well.)

There is far too much secrecy and far too much contempt even in our own staff. Even with the site, as outstanding as it is, we cannot look past our differences and argue over extremely petty things.

So yes, my dear users of the Everypony Community. The staff is not all it's cracked up to be.

In the end... we may call you childish, but in reality, we are the childish ones. For we cannot overcome our own differences for the sake of a greater purpose.

I will continue to do what I think is best for the site and its people. Everyone here. Everyone here deserves that much.

Everypony. Where everypony is somepony.


You know, that phrase used to be true, in my eyes. Everything was just fine and dandy. Everyone felt welcome, everyone felt safe, everyone felt the joy of being here.

Over time, though, things have really changed. We have users leaving left and right, people even OPENLY claiming that the site isn't what it used to be, even after all we've done to try and support it and its people.



I try my absolute best to make sure that everyone is happy. I can't do that any more now that my job forces me to look like the bad guy in a lot of situations. I vowed that I would try to inform people of Staff Decisions if I ever became staff, but I am bound to secrecy by, yet again, my job.

I wish that I could say that the site I once knew was still alive, but now we're faced with insecurity, regret, and sadness. And nobody seems to care any more, sans a few people. They know who they are.


Sometimes... I just wish people would understand that not everything was about them and that not everything has to accomodate their every need.

All things, good or bad, come to an end eventually. I don't want this place to end any time soon, but unfortunately, with the way the site is going at its current state, it will... fail. And I do not want this to happen.


This place has become my home. And I will go far and wide to protect it and its people.
