I actually haven't seen this show yet. I've heard of it, but I always forgot to watch it. My question is, if I start watching it now, will I be too confused about the storyline?
Yes. There aren't any new episodes until February, so you should start at the beginning. Season 1 is only 6 episodes and I think they have shown under ten(?) so far this season. Definitely worth catching up, there is a lot of character development done.
well, compared to season 1, this season was waay too much like a novel, many emotional conflicts between characers and too little zombie killing
I think he sees that he has to. They never went back to show the car after it flipped either... So much tension for the next episode! And I hate to say it, but I'm starting to agree with Shane and now Carl about dealing with the reality of what they will have to do.
Yes, definitely. And they're finally seeing that their biggest problem isn't the zombies, it's other survivors. They are building the tension a lot aren't they?
Shane is the one that feels unpleased with everything thats happening. Too bad he won't slip it under the rug. He starting to turn dangerous to Rick and Lori.
Spoiler: Don't open unless you just saw the semi-final episode of season 2 Rick finally kills Shane! Damn you Shane! Why couldn't you keep it together. He was such a strong character. Whats worst, the dead become reanimated after death even when not bitten. Can't wait to see the season finale
It's Wednesday, they should have watched it by now . I think what the CDC guy whispered to Rick was about the fact that every dead person comes back as a zombie, not just those bitten or scratched by zombies. Remember in the bar, he killed the first guy with a headshot, but hit the big guy twice in the chest. Then afterward went over to "double-tap" him by shooting him in the head. He was probably getting ready to do the same to Shane, but lost it when he saw his kid come up and saw what he had just done. And season finale, we are finally going to get some action and I think I know where they are headed to for next season... Spoiler: And just a thought... It amazes me how many people still think the title of the show is talking about the zombies... Think about it.
I think the best aspect of the show is that most of the time, the walkers aren't even the biggest problem. Of course, now that Shane is gone, there will be much fewer problems. As a funny story, I always watch The Walking Dead with my mom, and she really, really likes it. When Carl pulled the gun on Rick, she knocked me off the couch screaming, "DAMNIT CARL! DON'T DO IT! DON'T DO IT!"
True. Silly me. Here they pass each episode on tuesdays. You could be right about that. Its still a mystery what he did say.
Oh god... season finale... was AMAZING SEASON 3 IN THE FALL! I wonder what the prison at the end will be! And I *squee!* myself at the sweepstakes words: FEAR THE HERD That's right, pony haters. Fear the herd.
