I actually want to see this show. Compare to the other shows like Pound Puppies, Care Bears, and Strawberry Shortcake which all of those I think are crap. Littlest Pet Shop looks like a very enjoyable show. I doubt it will be better than My Little Pony, but it can't be any worse than Pound Puppies or Care Bears.
While the show isn't as good or enjoyable as MLP FiM ,LPS is a good enjoyable show, it has funny moments and the songs are catchy you should definetly check out the show.

Yesterday I realized that I like this show just as much as I do with My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, the entire Dragon Ball and Naruto series, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, DC superheroes and Marvel superheroes which is a whole lot as i'm a fan of all these listed shows.
Yeah kind of although Penny Ling's tantrum (she's the purple panda) reminds me of Fluttershy's tantrum in Best Night Ever so I guess it's like a mix of Green Isn't Your Color and Best Night Ever.
I'm not sure about this show; I don't want to just dismiss it and assume it sucks, especially because I've been seeing more and more people who like it. Still, I just can't bring myself to watch it; I'll be watching MLP, tell myself "okay, this time I won't just change the channel, I'll keep watching when LPS comes on," but then I always end up changing the channel anyway. I want to give it a try, but I chicken out every time.
Personally I think if you like both MLP and cute animals you would probably wind up liking this show too especially since four actresses and one actor from MLP FiM voice characters on LPS and you even got Daniel Ingram composing music on this show too I think that you'd like it and personally i'd recommend this show to anybody on this forum go check it out.
The very first DVD release of Littlest Pet Shop came out last week and i'll be getting it in the mail this Friday along with the Adventure Time DVD Jake vs. Me Mow and One Piece Collection One.
If this interest anyone/ body/ pony something i've never talked about when discussing the show before is that not only does this show have ShaKannon Chan Kent, Ashleigh Ball, Tabitha St. Germain, Nicole Oliver, Kathleen Barr, Peter New and Samuel Vincent voicing characters on the show and Daniel Ingram composing lyrical music for it just like he does on My Little Pony Friendship is Magic but Littlest Pet Shop was created by Julie Mcnally Cahill and Timothy Cahill who before creating and working on this show also created My Gym Partner's a Monkey. Also while I thought My Gym Partner's a Monkey was a decent or ok show I think Littlest Pet Shop is awesome and more people should check it out so the Petter Fandom can continue to grow although if you don't become a fan but still like the show that's ok too.
I just went on Thepetshopinsider.blogspot.com and I just found out that LPS has been confirmed to have twenty six episodes for Season 2 it has been confirmed by both Daniel Ingram and Top Draw Animation's website.
By the way it turns out I was wrong Sunil is not the Fluttershy of Littlest Pet Shop that honor goes to Penny Ling but not in the way that she's shy or lacks confidence and assertiveness, it's more in the way that she's the most sensetive and easiest to upset.
Does LPS get any better than in the first 5 eps? Because I watched up to the one where Pennyling gets a dress and then I just stopped watching. Does it pick up or is it the same stuff?
Does the show get any better quick answer yes, I could give you the slow very long drawn out answer where I list a whole bunch of my favorite lines and moments from the show but then we'd be here all night.
I love Lps.it has the same charm as mlp does in my opinion. I want to make an oc, but I don't know what animal to use... My favorite characters are zoey, penny and minka. Maybe buttercream and sugar sprinkles too. (the reason why I love minka, penny and zoey is they remind me of certain ponies I know )
