Good list all though i've never seen Aqua Teen Hunger Force, The Simpsons, Outlaw Star or Inuyasha before so I can't tell you about those shows but everything on your list with the exception of the preschool/ kindergardener shows and Cow and Chicken which i've never liked, still are good and with the exception of Sailor Moon, Pokemon, Rocko's Modern Life and Ren and Stimpy I still watch those shows from time to time.
You can buy Rocko's Modern Life DVD's for pretty cheap these days thanks to shout factory. #JustSayin
The only Shout Factory DVD's I buy are ones for Hub shows like MLP FiM and TFP (Transformers Prime) plus I plan to buy the LPS DVD that came out yesterday (Littlest Pet Shop) in the near future but if I ever feel like watching classic Nickelodeon or Cartoon Network shows that aren't shown on t.v. or available on On Demand then i'll probably just stick to watching them on Youtube.
