In need of co-authors for a big fic project

I have a fic idea that I've been brainstorming for a year and a half, but I know myself well enough to know I do not have the patience to write the whole thing myself. I need co-authors, probably two or three (depending how willing they are to help) to help make this fic.
I won't give away too many details in this thread, but I'll explain a few important points.
-I've figured out almost every twist and turn of it, with just a few minor details to fill in. My specialty in writing is doing the outlines, but that's as far as it goes (seriously, with school essays I often write outlines that are longer than the final essays), so I can't do much for the actual writing, but can easily coordinate the scenes and answer questions about the events.
-It is very action-packed, much in the style of Dragonball Z, where there's more combat than actual dialogue.
-In spite of this, it is not a war fic; nopony uses any weapons, unless the party cannon and Elements of Harmony count as weapons.
-The main villain as of now is an OC Alicorn, but I'm thinking of trying to find something less cliche for it.
-The villain has three minions known as the Royal Knights. They are overpowered, but that's because they aren't normal ponies. They, along with their master, are beings created in the aftermath of a cataclysmic event in the ancient past; they were never truly born, but created. Each represents the pinnacle of power of their particular species of pony:
1) An Earth Pony named Tiny. He was inspired by the Pokemon Terrakion, absolutely massive. He uses the classic fighting style of the moving fortress, whose bulk makes him so formidable that he can take a ton of attacks before showing any noticeable damage. His personality is rather cocky and reckless, more brawn than brain. Lastly, his special talent is that he can create earthquakes by stomping his hooves, using his immense weight to his advantage.
2) A Pegasus names Twister. He's like Azula from Avatar: The last Airbender, or Bellatrix Lestrange from Harry Potter; he's the sadistic one who seems more interested in causing pain than actually helping his boss get what he wants. He's the kind of villain who's meant for people to hate even more than the main villain, the rotten to the core savage with a heart of stone. His speed is unmatched, and his talent is that he can whip up storms, anything from small wind gusts to category 5 hurricanes.
3) A unicorn named Tempest. He's the manipulative, cunning, calculating type who actually thinks his moves through before going through with them. His talent is that he's a master at controlling both fire and ice, and one of his favorite things to do in battle is freeze the ground on the battlefield so his opponents slip and slide all over the place.

 

I don't actually have Skype; I was kinda hoping the collaborating portion could be done by PMs here on the forum.

On a side note, I've just set up a Wordpad document for the brainstorm, and I've come up with 14 different chapters. While this fic would be very long by my standards, that's also partly because I've only written 2 fics, both of which are Cupcakes sequels that range from 5-7,000 words. This fic will probably only go to about 60,000 at most, which is a lot shorter than a lot of fics I've read or heard about.
