Battlestar Galactica 1980. The one with the flying motorcycles. It will cause you actual physical pain when watching it. Horribly bad. - Sent from my EVO 4G Shift using Tapatalk
My Little Pony: Friendsh- I can't even bring myself to saying it fully. I could never blaspheme. On a more serious note, I would say Made In Chelsea. I was watching it with my cousins and it was terrible. It was a bunch of douches having sex with each other and drinking in fancy wine bars. None of them even had jobs. Then again, it's not much worse than any other soaps.
Hmm... Some good ones, but I still think Hollyoaks. It's so disgustingly disgusting, it's disgusting.
You're right, that's good luck, you know. -long awkward pause- Well, you know...in some ancient civilization, it probably was...
Pretty much anything on MTV & Disney Channel is complete CRAP (yes thats right I said crap, I can't sugar coat it thats what it is. Not even bringing back Beavis & Butthead saves that horrid network.) And as for Disney, well some of their sub-networks are decent. I enjoy watching Avengers on XD, but the main Disney network is just ugg....so very very bad. And don't care much for those cheesy LA Tweencoms on NICK (iCarly, Victorious, etc) are all rather.... poor, imho.
Oh, and how did I forget Jersey Shore? That tv show is Freaking awful. Firefly and My Name Is Earl get canceled, yet this piece of crap keeps going? Ugh.......
Sadly there is just no justice in the world of televised media, between the constant stress of maintaining ratings, while having to live with the near impossible paradox of being politically correct and edgy at the same time, and having to compete with video games and the internet, many TV networks have just given up it seems. Thus the reason my TV is usually only on to play movies or games on my PS3 or Wii. And when I do have my cable on, its only on the two networks I still can trust to give me what I want, Cartoon Network & The HUB. Aside from that, the rest of TV is essentially dead to me. (accept when CW airs new episodes of Supernatural on Friday nights, but I'm usually out so have to watch those off of the DVR, lol.) But yeah the fact that shows like Jersey Shore last more then a season is just sad, hell the fact they get green lit in the first place is depressing. But hey whatcha gonna do, pandering to the Lowest Common Denominator is an easy way to make money sadly. U.S. does it with Reality Shows, Japan does it with extremely pervy anime, and Europe does it with...well i'm not sure what they do it with, but i bet theres something, lol.
For me, it's the "Simpsons". Seriously, never found it funny or w/e. Also hated Futurama. Guess i hate the art style.
Pretty much anything created for Adult Swim now is ridiculous and borders on unwatchable. In particular, the live-action show where everyone wears hockey masks, and the cartoon with the mentally handicapped meatball and his friends, who are apparently discarded fast food containers. Anyone remember when they had Space Ghost: Coast-to-Coast on Adult Swim? Also, all of the horrid pre-teen dreck that has littered the so-called Disney channel for years now. At least my niece isn't around to make me watch That's So Raven with her anymore. I feel a cold shiver just thinking about it.
Anything on MTV, Disney Channel, or Fox News. And I almost forgot to mention: REALITY TELEVISION. *squee*ING REALITY TELEVISION!! Also, whoever said this has no taste in television:
Jersey Shore, Sixteen and Pregnant, TMZ and anything else in the same vein as that tripe are fair contenders for the 'worst ever' spot.
Anything classified as "Reality TV." Man vs. Wild in particular. Not only was the show fake, the advice that Bear Grylls gave was, at best, misleading, and at worst, incredibly dangerous.
Definately The Fugitive. Not the movie with Harrison Ford, I'm talking 1960's version. Had the same plot except it was drawn out for FOUR YEARS. I mean seriously with a plot like that it should not be a sit com. But HBO and AMC style shows did not really exist back then so I guess I can't really complain. Although a modern version of the show would be pretty cool.
