They're the movies you love, yet everyone hates Mine are... Star Trek: The Motion Picture Star Trek III: The Search for Spock Superman III Superman Returns Man of Steel Batman Returns Rambo: First Blood Part 2 Alien 3 The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (2013) The Hobbit trilogy (yes, I know there's only 2 films so far)
Star Wars: The Phantom Menace. I watched it so many times when I was younger and I doubt I'd like Star Wars as much as I do today if it wasn't for this. I just hate the Racing part. The Mist. It's one of the lesser known horror movies which deserved more credit. [REC]. another horror which is overshadowed by the American remake Quarantine.
Tower Heist. Loved that movie, but it got terrible reviews. Lucky Number Sleven. Not sure what people think of the movie but I don't think a lot have seen it. It is such a great movie holy cow. GO. WATCH IT NOW!!!
There are people that haven't seen this movie yet?! Something must be done about this! Anyway... Titan A.E. Atlantis: The Lost Empire Grindhouse

I know one person's silk is another person's sandpaper, but sometimes I think people just hate a lot of things just because others do or say you should hate it. I think this is why most people hate Mission to Mars as well. Waterworld was a fresh idea for the post-apocalyptic genre, the direction was great, production design was incredible, it had some decent performances, the "stuff" and how it worked was amazing to watch, and the special effects were almost perfect. Story was "alright", I mean for just entertainment it was passable. The dialogue ranged from great writing to almost cheesy. Overall I never tire of watching it, and I always feel it was worth my free time. If there was ever a sequel (that used the same direction and practical effects as the first), even if the original actors wouldn't be in it, I'd be a fool not to see it. Unfortunately, it will never happen. *Thinks about my possible film-making future* Or will it...
Police Story. Easily one of Jackie Chan's best. That and Jackie Chan's First Strike. Maybe even City Hunter. Ooh, Who Am I is great too. Can you tell I like Jackie Chan flicks.
Oh, you're one of THOSE people. You're the kind of person who is jaded about reboots, sequels, and prequels. No point in trying to reason with you.
no, i am not one of those people. just because i dont like the star wars prequels dont mean that i hate every prequels or sequels.
