This show... this show is something. Someone linked the opening to me and I really liked the theme tune and the look of the animation/art style, so I continued to look for the episodes... I am LOVING this show. The codes, the mystery, the conspiracy. The depth around the episodes, the plot and continuity and the mysterious man in the background that constantly appears... but no one knows who he is... Gah, I eat this stuff up and it's just awesome. I'm hooked. I really recommend it.
I haven't checked this show out yet, but I saw the commercial. It looks interesting. *goes on youtube for first episode* THIS IS AWESOME!
Mostly i'm into the fandom for MLP. I would say this show way better than MLP as it has a lot more story and opening for so much new stuff! Oh and WE MUST KNOW WHO THIS GUY IS AND WHY HE KEEPS ON APPEARING EVERYWHERE

And that is why I love this show. Such depth should be commended for a show aimed at kids and teens. I have to agree with Vanilla. I'm more into the community side of things when it comes to MLP than the actual show itself, so Gravity Falls is definitely on par if not better than FiM.
Best part of the first episode: Mable: Grappling Hook! Stan: Wouldn't she want a doll or something? Mable: Grappling Hook! *grapples herself to the ceiling* Stan: Works for me.
Gravith Falls...this is going to be a beautiful fandom. XD Grunkle Stan:KIDS! I've lost the remote and refuse to get up!
Seen it on tumblr somewhere, More then enough for me to consider not watching it. Is that gif in your sig from the show? That gif bothers me, just saying.
Love this show, it's all I've watched here in Florida on holiday as well as Adventure Time :derpe: I've always liked the mystery element of TV, and the animation to go with it is awesome. The humours my kind of style too, and the characters are very likeable. Hallelujah, Cartoon Network is finally redeeming itself unlike other channels that have gone down the bog *coughs* Disney *coughs*
Just watched an episode in curiosity. Amazing animation, especially when the show makes use of the golfcart. It seems to appear 3D in appearance just like a lot of the things in Gumball do. The characters are rather interesting. I forget the main character's name because he's honestly a little boring, but Mabel is downright entertaining to see in the show, and their Uncle is a mystery in himself. It's also a bit grim dark in small implications, especially when you consider the situation of the author who wrote that book. I love things like this. As for it being compared to homestuck, I wouldn't go that far. It's quirky like it at times, but it's a different kind of quirky. None of the characters hold any resemblance, and it's mythos is completely different. I'm going to spend some time this week watching the rest of the episodes :3 Edit: Totally forgot, the background music was amazing.
Awesome Zeph! I'll agree that Dipper is a tad generic in some aspects in character, but I'm on episode 5 and he continues to develop, but Mabel is by far my favourite. ...Dat intro music. <3 In terms of depth, you wouldn't believe how fun it is to pick apart the show for what actual secrets lie within the smallest of things. There are binary codes in the intro that have actual relevance, Anglo-Saxon runes and conspiracy theories. The recurring sight of the all seeing eye is an interesting one... it's so subtle.
Yep, this show is very cool from what I've watched. My favorite so far is the Wax Figure episode. Wax Coolio made me laugh. Mabel is also pretty great. Mabel: "Do you know any limericks?" Wax Shakespeare: "Erm...There once was a man from Kentucky...." Mabel: "Nope." *throws Shakespeare in a fire* Yep, another show for me to watch.
