So here in the UK, I don't watch much TV, Sherlock is a good series, and I still watch My Little Pony of course. Aside from that I grew a distaste for Dr Who, so I don't think I'm missing out on much there from where I stopped being a religiously dedicated Whovian. But there are some series I have time to watch, but not the means to watch. Having read the books, I long to watch the whole saga of Game of Thrones, which is on Sky Atlantic which I don't have access to, and there's also The Walking Dead I've heard so much about, but I can't for the life of me work out what channel and time it's on, and I'm pretty sure the Xbox Live game version isn't the same as the TV series. I feel the longer I can't watch these shows, the longer it will take me to catch up, so my question is: Does anyone know where I can watch these shows? This thread should be used for people with the same kind of problem as me I guess.
The Walking Dead is on AMC, over here in the US at 10 PM EST...at least that's when new episodes show. I don't know if the UK gets AMC, sorry. I'm having the same problem with Sherlock, Dr. Who, and Game of Thrones. I know the first two are on BBCAmerica and Thrones is on HBO, but I have to pay for those channels. DX
I love Game of Thrones! ...the books, of course. The show is too graphic (and MUCHMUCHMUCH too explicit) for me. And it's on Sky Atlantic? That must be the UK version of HBO. I suppose if you can get Netflix over there, you can watch The Walking Dead. My parents watch that show so much it's scary. They're obsessed with it.
