M*A*S*H The A-Team Night Rider Little House on the Prairie The Waltons Bonanza It's a long list, so I'm gonna stick to what I've watched in the last six months.
How is Bonanza? I've hear about it, but never watched it. I liked A-Team and Night Rider too. Oh Get Smart is another good one. Alas Don Adam's has passed one, but the movie wasn't that bad and it had the original Sigfried in it.
Every now and again. I haven't finished watching the second season of Maverick. I want to watch Wild Wild West. I'm one of the few that liked the movie. Oh I also need to finish Brisco County Jr.
I watched a few episodes of Wild Wild West. Good show, NOTHING like the movie. Speaking of great shows with crappy movie adaptations... Bewitched Dukes of Hazzard That car, man. That *squee!*ing car. The coolest Dodge ever to fly.
Isn't one of the problems of the Dukes of Hazard movie was it focused on the cousins instead of the original Dukes? I know Wild Wild West is completely different than the movie, but I hear it still have the kind of steam punk tech that was prevalent in the movie.
The problem with the Dukes of Hazzard movie is that it just wasn't a very good movie. Slapping a famous name on a crappy movie is just insulting to the fans. (Kinda like the Baybominations of recent years.) The Wild Wild West does have a lot of steampunk tech, but not as over the top as in the movie.
Since I was literally a child ten years ago, my definition of "old" is really pushing it. So here are some shows from my childhood: Mythbusters Star Trek: TNG (mainly thanks to reruns on what was once called the Sci-Fi Channel) And that's all I can remember. Unless, of course, we're allowed to mention cartoons.
Really the point of the topic is more about older shows that people have watched not necessarily from their childhood. Hogan's Heroes and Maverick were before my time.
