I went to do super training and it said "Oh this pokemon is maxed out" So I just went "okay... guess that ain't happening."
Battling random Pokemon gives EVs depending on what it is. Like seaking gives 2 attack EVs. So you just maxed them out in a random EV spread. It's all good though. They are still more powerful then ones with no EVs at all.
Oh cool. YAY! wait... all my other pokemon were leveled with exp share and it said the same for them... does that mean they all have basically the same ev's? Wow, that's trippy.
Yep. I did the same thing. So most of my team has close to the same spread. Which is mostly speed. Not a big deal for in game trainers and stuff. Also slightly different topic. I caught yvetal with one quick ball in one throw the first time. That was a surprise to me.

Exp. Share is making things way too easy, I've only been using it in gyms to give any of my lower leveled pokemon an extra boost. Let's see, I think I have a decent team so far. Delphox Doublade Drifblim Sligoo Venusaur Noibat Wonder trade got me the noibat and a goomy early, so that's been helpful.

Once you beat the elite four, you get access to another town with something called the Friend Safari. Each friend that you've registered on your friends list will have two Pokemon of a certain type (even those who don't own a Pokemon game), with a third Pokemon being available once that friend has beaten the elite four. For example, my type is Fire. Also the Pokemon in the safari have two perfect IVs and (if they're online at the same time as you) can have their hidden ability.
