Very impressive. My team consists of 6 pokemon that you would murder viciously rather quickly. But you won because of luck. That 1 hp bs won it for you.
Half of Pomemon battles are luck. I actually planned on surviving that Flare Blitz, just not with 1 HP.
First of all, can we please use proper pronouns? My status reads a 'female' and those are the pronouns I prefer. Second, black as in people from Sub-Saharan Africa. I am playing Pokemon X in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which is in America. So I am using African American.
By definition, the character is "African" kalosian. As a black person from Britain would be African britanian, not African american, because of where they are from. (this is also technically incorrect, as your character isn't from Kalos, we have no idea where they are from) but since Africa isn't a location in the pokemon world, and as far as we know, all skin pigmentation in the pokemon world appeared through evolution in ALL the continents, there wouldn't be any need to add the start word, as there was no nation their skin originated from (as black originated from Africa) You may be from america, but your character is not. Calling your character african american in person would most likely confuse them to no end, as the continent of africa does not exist to them. they are just black. and as for pronouns... dude. I am so over pronouns. As someone who changes associative gender constantly, I stopped trying. I can understand your preference for the right ones to be used, but it's easier to type "he" than "she" or "they" and that's really the only reason you just assume the person online is male. We're sorry we made the mistake, and we'll try not to do it again. TRY. I can't make any promises that we'll succeed all the time. (I once accidentally wrote an entire female character for an rp, using male pronouns, then had to fix it in a rush because I felt stupid, it happens) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ and so this isn't totally disconnected from the thread... Washing machine rotom or helioptile? Not for competitive play, I'm just trying to pick an entertaining team to record playing through the elite four to show my friends.
It's cool, just didn't know where you were getting at on gender. Ok African Kalosian. TBH, I was hoping for another American-based Pokemon game (since Unova was New York City), I was hoping for either a Californian / West Coast one or a Texas / Southern one. (more for the Texas / Southern one). Be cool to see a Dallas-based Pokemon game. One thing that disappoints me is there are no cowboy / cowgirl hats. But still a nice guy, despite being stuck cause of lack to find other places.
Don't be dissin' on Rattata. My Rattata are different! They're like, the top percentage of Rattata! I'd catch a full team of those over Bidoof any day.
