Okay. I REALLY just absolutely love this show. There's not much else i can say. But. My favourite character is Mordecai. But i also love Benson and Pops. And i think J. G. Quintel is a genius. (If you don't know, he's the creator of the show. He also voices Mordecai and High-Five Ghost.) Feel free to talk about anything you like, or, if need be, dislike about the show here! I want to see how many other ponies here like this show just as much as i do. :3
Seriously, you're awesome for making both of these threads. Regular Show is so great, although I currently like Adventure Time more simply because Regular Show's plotlines are becoming a bit too predictable. Still great episodes, but hopefully they change things up a bit for the 3rd season (especially since there are supposedly going to be 40 episodes this season?).
Hahahahaha, awww thank you. xDD You're just as awesome for replying! Yeah, but, i mean Adventure Time is set in a post-apocalyptic world WITH MAGIC. It has a LOT more chance for plots since ANYTHING can happen. :3 Regular Show, i think, is supposed to be predictable. Or at least if by predictable you mean you can tell that something supernatural is going to happen; i think the point is that you're supposed to know that something ridiculous is always about to happen. Nothing is EVER ACTUALLY REGULAR. xD Unless... you meant something different by "predictable". Sorry if this response wasn't at all relevant. ^^; But i do agree, they COULD bring some completely new stuff in with this new season. I hope they at least try to. WOAH, FORTY EPISODES? RAD. I'm so ready for this. C:
The Regular Show is amazing! I think my favorite character is Pops because his head is ridiculous and his voice and personality are hilarious. I love the episode where they're in that radio billboard contest. I think my favorite is Viral, even if it's just because there was a video of Antoine Dodson in the background.
No you're right, that is what I meant by predictable. I'd never really thought of it from the perspective you pointed out though, maybe it is intentionally predictable. And yeah, one of the story board artists said it was 40 episodes, which is pretty awesome!: link
Haven't watched the show much, but when I do it's pretty well done, I like how cartoon humor seems to be moving away from the "All jokes must be like they're off of youtube" thing that's been going on, that turned me away from cartoons for a while - it seems now cartoonists have realized that the sort of humor works best when it's in a place where everything is unrelated, so now they're working on combining that sort of non-sequitor jokes with a relevant and flowing storyline.
Hahaha, my best friend and i LOVE Pops! I find it astounding how J.G. Quintel managed to make an old British man with a large head ADORABLE. YESSSSS. I'm glad you noticed that, too! I was like, "HOLD UP, BRO." And i told my brother to give me the remote. I rewinded and paused. And i was like, "THAT IS ANTOINE DODSON." And i started laughing pretty hard. xD My favourite episode, though, would have to be between The Power, Free Cake, A Bunch of Baby Ducks, and Rage Against the TV. "Nobody beats The Hammer." I love that episode because it's all about beating a video game. *nerrrrrrd*
OH MY GOSH. .... THAT PICTURE JUST MADE MY NIGHT. YOU HAVE NO IDEA. xDDDD Yes, exactly! I used to LOVE cartoons. But then they really started going downhill, and i lost faith in them almost completely. I started watching anime instead. (Which i know is technically the same thing because "anime" means "cartoons", but i hope we all know that anime is COMPLETELY different from cartoons anywhere else. In SEVERAL ways, whether those be good or bad. ) But then i saw Adventure Time. DEAR GOD. It changed my life. Haha. I started watching that weekly from the first episode. I didn't understand how it was so excellent. And then Regular Show came out. And then i started watching the new shows of Pokemon (after catching up on the old ones, of course). And now basically all i watch is cartoons. And a couple crime shows.
I've only see about two episodes, but I think it's fantastic! Benson is awesome!! First Adventure Time and now this. I'm really falling behind on cartoons. Too much pony I guess....

Man, with Adventure Time, The Regular Show and MLP it seems like cartoons have taken over my life. It's not my fault most of my friends aren't as cool as Pops, Pinkie Pie or LSP (my favorite characters from all three shows, by the way =D).
Hahaha, i laugh SO. HARD. when Benson flips out like that. I know! I was thinking the same thing. Cartoons and video games are basically all that occupy my spare time. AND I LOVE IT. The few episodes of Regular Show that I've seen were interesting. I think the two I enjoyed the most though, would be either where they unleashed the creature from the arcade game or the one where Rigby kept thinking he was being followed by a murderous vehicle with a British accent. Pops and Mordecai are probably my favorites in the show, I'd have to say.

Exactly what i was going to say. I thought i was missing some because they just weren't getting taped or something. But it's not airing for a while. The new season is coming. I AM SO READY.
