I know, but there's just too many possibilities! Guess I'll just go hunt some bad guys in ruins, and see where it leads.
for those having trouble with wild animals look for the first and second parts of a shout known as Kyne's Peace this shout will make animals that run away form you or attack you stop and go about their business.
Basically. That sounds fun. I'm still figuring out the controls. lol They're not sensitive enough. KASJDH But i've only played for about a half an hour, so.... Oh! Thanks! That is REALLY helpful.
I had that too, it felt pretty weird at first. Had to put mouse-sensitivity up a bit. But you'll get used to it soon enough.
On the topic of Skyrim... I hate being controversial but, yes, its an amazing game, I daresay its even one of the best games, it far surpasses Oblivion in every category, its a lot of fun, the story is great, its a well balanced game, its got EVERYTHING, and the world is gorgeous... I still think Morrowind has the edge and is better. Probably due to nostalgia, but eh, I just don't think you can beat Morrowind in terms of Best Elder Scrolls Game.
Marrowind definitely is a great game. Especially due to the amount of detail it had for a game of it's time. Also the add ons were amazing. I still play it from time to time, but I have to say that even on the easiest setting in that game, I still don't get that far because it is so hard. I also like that fast travelling is rare because I enjoy getting to actually walk around. I wish Skyrim would only let you fast travel to the major cities because I unfortunately give into it because it's there. The scenery is so breath taking in the game, you need to not fast travel to take it all in.
Update on my progress: Got into a drinking game with a random dude. Got drunk, passed out, awoke in a female convent in a city miles away, killed a guard and broke into their inner sanctum and am now on a quest for penance for committing such a heinous act.....I just wanted a drink!!
At the same time you gotta remember that Skyrim is way bigger than Morrowind. But yes, I think there should have been some sort of penalty for taking advantage of the Fast Travel system.
NO!! NO NO NO!! A glitch! A stupid glitch, argh! I'm not the only one getting it either! It's called the "Markarth Jail Glitch". A warning to anypony who might fall into this. Do not enter the city of Markarth and complete the quest "The Forsworn Conspiracy". It leads into another quest that activates the glitch when you finish it. At least this happens on the PS3 version, not sure about Xbox or PC.
^What's this glitch? I did that quest on the PC, no trouble at all. I'm lvl 25 now, and dragons just are no match anymore... A bit of a pity :/ Will they get tougher at some point? Or attack in groups? I'm curious how adaptive Skyrim really is.
After you finish the first quest, the guards force you to go to jail. After breaking out, you fight through the guards and escape the city. When I returned, they still halted me with the same lines as they said in the quest. When you say "take me to jail", they don't. They just say the same thing over again. If you ignore them, they attack. It's annoying and it doesn't let you get anything done on the city. Argh!
Meh, that sucks. I got taken to the silver-mines. There I killed the leader of the forsworn, escaped, and somehow cleared my name. (that city is corrupt as hay :3) Can't you use a cheat command to remove your bounty, or something?
Yeah, I helped the group escape....sorta felt sympathetic. I don't know if my PS3 has a cheat command. I think the guards are stuck on that quest command, because I even payed a bounty collector and that did no good...ugh, a lot of people are having this problem. Bethesda better be listening.
Dragon approaching? Forgot to do your homework? MLP:FiM gets cancelled? Have no fear. We have a button that can solve ALL of those problems! http://instantbutton.me/buttons/fus_roh_daaaa_20110225173413.html
