When you think about it, R2D2 is the most vulgar character in movie history. They bleeped out every single word he said.
I want another force unleashed, only set in the knights of the old republic era. And with writing that wouln't make george lucas look decent by comparison. Could be fun playing as revan as he slaughters his way through hordes of space vikings (Thats my impression of mandalorian culture anyway). And eventually becomes the dark lord.
"I HATE THE STAR WARS PREQUELS BECAUSE THEY AREN'T THE ORIGINALS AND HAYDEN CHRISTENSEN AND BLAH BLAH BLAH..." This is you. This is how you sound. Get over yourselves, people. Were they as good as the originals? No. Were they terrible? Aside from Jar Jar Binks, no. So shut the buck up. Sent from my SCH-S720C using Tapatalk 2
On a related note to all the mentions of new series and games and the like, I've always wanted another Star Wars series that moved past the Lucas-isms (ex: "I've got a bad feeling about this") in favor of producing very real dialogue. Okay, I get that characters won't be spouting complete sentences during a firefight, but creativity can function even within practical limits. The expanded universe novels were always something I liked, though they tended to be very hit-and-miss since so many different writers churned them out.
STILL pissed off about the whole "Legends" things. All the things that made Star Wars the nerd phenomenon that it is, straight down the toilet, just because Disney says so. Which, by the way, makes Sabine completely worthless. Everything remotely cool or interesting about the Mandalorians went down the "Legends" drain, so there's no gonna be anything compelling to Sabine since eveything that would have made her compelling is now "Legends".
The prequels and most things after it were garbage. Loved the original movies, though, and most expanded universe novels are pretty good.
Prequel was crap, got increasingly political for some reason. Still, at least the light saber fights were taken to 11. This was the only good thing about Episode 1
