Oh wow, all of those effects were possible with premier pro, that's definitely a bit of a powerful program

 

You should start every vid with that opening with Highway to Hell. It could be your calling card, sort-of-speak. Just make it a little longer and like an actual opening.

You could have Pinky hitting herself with the pie as a transition.

 

Or just use explosions (Or a 1 second cut from your opening (That song rokz))

 

I was thinking explosions too, but then that vid with the exploding ponies kept shooting into my head. lol

If you could find a good clip where a pony "strums" a guitar, then do what Jaret said and use like a nice chord or something with the clip.
