Another random I'm-kinda-bored thread! This ones theme is... Star Wars fights! Woo! So, what's your favourite battle? It can be a war, a dual... whatever! Mine is the Mustafar fight at the end of Episode III, the one between Anaken and Obi Wan. That fight was so awesome!
Geonosis. Arena Battle with Jedi and giant creatures + hundreds of droids. Followed by massive Clone assault on warships and the biggest goddamn droid army in the world.
The battle for naboo in the phantom menace, anakin's starfighter stalls in the trade federation capital blockade ship hangar look, one of ours coming out of the main hole

I'd have to agree with the Hixel Pope on this one. Although it lacked in special effects and graphics, save for lightning and light sabers, it had some excellent dialogue and bad ass action sequences. A close second is Luke and Vader's encounter in the Cloud City; I liked the part where Vader started chucking things around:derpe:.
No way! Lyon is so right. The Battle of Hoth is the best battle ever! It showed that the Rebels were weak and pitiful under the full might of the Imperial Empire! Two AT-ATs down. A whole rebel base destroyed! Hahaha!
Space:Battle of Endor. Land:Geonosis assault. SW Battlefront:Bespin Cloud city map.(So many memories...)
I cant realy decide about my favourite battle, it would either be Genosis or Hoth and also i like all the fights involving general Grievous

Darth Maul vs. Qui-gon and Obi-Wan. Everything about that fight was perfect. (Thank you SW:TCW for confirming that he's not dead.) Oh, I also enjoyed the Orde 66 montage in a sad way.

I never really liked the Star Wars prequels as much as the original trilogy. Mostly because of Anakin's actors really. (Yeah, both of them) My favorite fight is probably Luke vs Darth Vader (Episode VI). The music during that entire scene made me FEEL the pain both of them went through. Just skip to 1:12 [video=youtube;wgXiEnkAquY]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wgXiEnkAquY&list=FLo5mRjGn7auqaa1FvrlvdUA& index=21&feature=plpp_video[/video] Vader was conflicted about which side was the right one, and Luke was conflicted because he wanted to do whatever he had to to save his friends, but didn't want to give in to the Dark Side to do that. Then there was Palpatine, who's plan it was to have both of them kill eachother and just go with whoever proved himself to be stronger. It's been 15 years since i first saw the movies, and that scene STILL gives me the chills. When i compare that to the final duel between Anakin and Obi-Wan, i die a little bit inside... The music was too heavy, when it should have been emotional. The swordplay was downright overkill. The dialogue between Anakin/Padmé and Anakin/Obi-Wan was cheesy, cliché, and sometimes over-acted.
