I love the fact that Simon was a 'Cheers' fan. The character development on the show has been extraordinary.

oh yeah, I almost forgot about this thread. so how did you like last weeks episode? I think it was good. Kinda messed up until at end of the episode, it turned out it was all Finn's dream. Funny how Finn has memory if a goldfish. Also, seems that Finn, in a relationship is very insecure person.
Adventure Time is the best!! (See what I did there? Okay... Movin' on...) For such a cute show, things get pretty dark.
About two months ago I watched ALL 5 seasons (or whatever) online. Much to my surprise there is a lot more story to this show than I originally thought just catching random episodes on TV.. The main reason a few people I know don't like this show is because it seems so irreverent and random, and for the most part it is. However, when you start watching it in sequence you begin to notice that every couple episodes they stick in an episode that either helps to further the story or provide very intriguing backstory, such as the Simon and Marcy episodes. After watching all the episodes up to the most current one I'd say this show much more resembles something akin to Fallout 3 than just a wacky cartoon for kids. It certainly got a lot darker that's for sure. I've also noticed more and more adult humor in the show, especially in the newer episodes.

This show is absolutely amazing. C: I love Jake, Lumpy Space Princess, Flame Princess and Lemongrab but I also love the emotional relationship between the Ice King and Marceline. :'I The genderbent version of Lady Rainicorn and Jake are saucy, I love Lord Monochromicorn and Cake to death.
I've watched it a few times. I really like Marceline. I really like the fact that they mention death and bodily functions too. IDK, I guess I'm just weird like that.
I thought the comment PB made about Raggedy Princess in "Sky Witch" was freaking hilarious lol. My favorite character is probably Marceline, she's best tsundere... and the whole Simon and Marcy thing maks mi cry evryteim. Also Jake. Jake is awesome.
I love the fact that, more so than any other show, the writers embrace the fandom, even going so far as to write shows based around fan OCs and making multiple episodes about a popular fanfic.
